Airlines reveal their schedules 11 months prior to departure. We always recommend booking the first class or business class flight as soon as possible. The sooner you book the more availability we have. Fares are subject to seat availability in the corresponding booking inventory therefore seats are always limited.

No. Even though you can see our prices online, our discounted fares are unpublished. The itineraries are only disclosed by calling one of our flight agents at 888-872-4598 or submitting a callback request. Please bear in mind that discounted fares sell out fast and the more flexibility you have the better chances you have booking cheap business class flights and first class deals.

Yes, you have access to last minute business class flights. We can issue tickets up to two hours prior to departure at highly discounted rates. Please call us directly at 888-872-4598 to ensure your request is processed with the highest priority.

E-ticket confirmation is sent out to your email address as soon as the ticket is successfully issued. It includes the ticket number and reservation codes for each airline in your itinerary.

After you receive your e-ticket confirmation, you can retrieve and access your booking anytime on the airline’s website by entering your record locator and last name

Fare rules depend on the airline's policy. If your ticket is changeable or refundable it may involve an airline penalty which our flight agents can quote on request at the time of the purchase. Less restrictive fares might be available at higher rates. Always inquire with our travel consultant.

If you can’t use your ticket as scheduled, you must cancel your reservation with Skywithclass. All bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid “No-Show” status that automatically suspends the ticket value. Please get in touch with your business class travel agent as soon as you have a change of plans.

Once your booking is confirmed ask your agent to assign your preferred seat or provide the seat map availability. You can also request a specific meal assignment or wheelchair assistance directly with your flight agent.

The variations between the flight classes depend on the airline and on the flight type, whether it’s domestic or international. Generally, first class clients enjoy more comfort and private space, while in the business class the space is limited, but there is still access to luxury options, such as fine restaurant meals.

While we do offer flight upgrade solutions, the original ticket should be issued by Skywithclass. We won’t be able to upgrade tickets booked through other parties.

Yes. Skywithclass is a business class consolidator that has access to negotiated discounted fares with more than 100 airlines. Skywithclass partners with other consolidators as well to ensure our clients always get the best possible first class and business class deals.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and wire-transfers.

You will need a passport for any international travel. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date and contain a minimum of two blank pages. Requirements for visas vary depending on the country. Some countries even require transit visas. Always check the travel requirements with the foreign consulate of the country you are going to, as well as any countries you will transit.
